The ability to lock items in the shop
The ability to keep specific items in the shop across a few days, in case something nice shows up at a time when I don't have enough currency.

codeLupo(4hr playtime) I think something of this nature would be helpful, but there should be a cost. E.g. in Brotato you don't want to do it because you lose 1/4 slots (in this game there are way more). Therefore, if it was just pure lock someone could lock it for 10 turns with out consequence, and saving resources becomes not desirable.

JeepersI agree with codeLupo. The cost could come in the form of fewer items being available the next day; it could even be explained in terms of lore (Deeler didn't go scavenging so he could keep an eye on what you locked)
