Hosting patients for the night

Let us host a patient for the night, keeping them for the next day, in case we're interested in transposing multiple patients at the same time.

One and only one patient, perhaps requiring a certain reputation and incurring a reputation penalty if they are not transposed on the following day.

Could be balanced by making it cost 10% of the Tokens reward (or some arbitrary % of the xp reward in case the patient has a modifier that makes them reward 0 Tokens). Let a person keep carrying over a patient to the next day, but its gonna cost them more than its worth if they keep doing it.
